Week 2 – Preconditioning

This week I continued my preconditioning. I had 3 running workouts. I’ve been struggling with the heat and had a tough time this week. Friday it was so hot I had to cut my run short. I am thinking I will have to shift to running some mornings instead of at night, because it’s still too hot by the time I start running. My dogs also got into a fight so my schedule was all messed up. Not a great week for training.

Monday- Monday 20, 2019

Dog fight ensued so I only got to ride the Airbike for 15 minutes.

  • 5/1 Interval

  • 2.36 miles

  • HOT

Farmers Market and rest on the holiday weekend!

Overall this week was very stressful, and I didn’t get to put in the time for my training that I needed. I’m looking forward to the holiday weekend and enjoying some time off to relax and get back in the game.
